It was a great honor to be a Client of yours, and to work with you on our short sale of our house. I know that you took us on knowing that if the mortgage company did not work fast with us, it wouldn’t be worth ones time to do so. I truly thank you for taking us on. I have had a wonderful privilege to get to know you. You put yourself in your client’s position and find the ways to do your utmost best for them. I say this is an understatement of all that you went through to get this short sale to happen for me and my husband. The mortgage company was extremely hard to work with, never giving us answers or calling us back letting us know what papers or what we had to do next. When I was frustrated and confused about all the league papers and contracts that needed to be filled out for the mortgage company, you walked me through it all. Your communications throughout all this was more than anyone could ask for and so much more. We would be in touch with each other every week and most the time more than once. As well as doing three way conferences with the mortgage company. You were there to explain everything to me and stand up for me with them when we sent all that they asked for. You stayed on top of it all, and fighting for us. As well as working hard with us. We would not have gotten money off the sale and been able to move on from there. We had a long list of "need to have's" and also many "would like to have's" - Michael was very patient with us and always took us to see whatever homes we wanted, and many that he thought we might like. Eventually we found the right house and Michael worked diligently and tenaciously to get us the best price and a fair deal.

He always kept myself and my brother up to date and informed on what was happening with our mothers estate. We knew he always had our back, really gets to the bottom of things and is very driven.
